Gracious God, we thank you for renewing our hearts and minds, thank you for sending your Holy Spirit to us that we may share your love with our families. We admit that things are not always how we want them to be or how we plan them to be, there are times when we fight and disagree with each other, also times when we let anger and bitterness rule over our hearts and end up hurting the ones we love. We ask you to grant us the clarity of mind and heart and fill us with the joy that comes with knowing you. Change our perspectives and make them truly loving that we may live in peace, happiness, and joy that you are always there for us.
Heavenly Father, you are the author and giver of life, we ask you to give us the strength when we are weak, courage when we are down, and healing when sick for you are our healer. Touch them with your healing hands and renew their strength that they may glorify your name. We depend on you Lord, that is why we're asking you to strengthen us as a family and see us through difficult times. Look upon us kindly and grant us the grace to carry on in your word. Amen.
